The SIU was notified that Chatham-Kent Police Service officers attempted to stop a Chrysler Neon car after it allegedly went through police radar. The Neon lost control and collided with a tree on Indian Creek Road, east of Creek Road. The driver of the car was pronounced dead at the scene.
