Preliminary information suggests the following:
  • At approximately 9:40 p.m. on February 27, 2021, an Ontario Provincial Police officer was en route to a call, operating a police vehicle eastbound on County Road 18 in Roseneath.

Two investigators, two forensic investigators and one collision reconstructionist have been assigned to the case. At this time, one officer has been designated as the subject official. The post-mortem is scheduled for tomorrow in Kingston.
